Finally! I joined the GOLD club.
- Not magnetic
- No other colors peaking through
- Marked 14Kt in multiple places
- Passes the 14K acid test.
At today's spot price for 14K gold, it's worth just a hair over $600.
And just like that, detector paid for.

Nokta Legend. Mostly standard Park settings. A solid 19

Solid find, your heart had to have missed a beat! What type of location did some unlucky fella lose that at? Cheddar!

Mark in Michigan
A park in a place overlooking soccer games. I found this button about 30 yards away yesterday. (Sadly it's 20th century)

Way to go! It does occur on real gold sometimes. But usually the fake stuff they don't solder the ring by the lobster claw clasp. Now a rare earth magnet can move the lobster claw clasp on real gold due to the spring inside.
