Egyptian???

Somebody that I was metal detecting with today showed me a picture of this item that he had found. No clue what it is, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here is the front and the back of the item. And he believes that it is silver. I personally have not seen the item only picture.

Wow that is very cool. Like other Egyptian artifacts, it probably has a curse on it.
