Button ID help confederate ironclad

First off, sorry about the poor pic quality, hopefully you can make out the detail.

I found this years ago, and just refound it, in pile of stuff.
I googled it, and didn’t come up with anything, just trying to get some info on it.
It appears to have been a two piece button, the back is gone.
On the front it says “Coast Brand” with an image of a Confederate Ironclad.
Would this have been from the Civil War time frame?
It was found in the Susquehanna River, in Havre de Grace Md.

I could also find nothing regarding the particulars of the button itself. I did find where the Coast Brand Overall Co. was based (which explains its alignment with a design of a Confederate warship,) and that it was in business in the 1920s.

I’m not sure what the depiction on the button would be other than the obvious but definitely not civil war era. 1900s for sure.
