Today I tried out my new permission up the street for about four hours.
My first hit was a wheat penny right
next to where I turned my detector on.
I’m thinking to myself ,oh, yeah silver dimes silver quarters!
Nope, no silver coins at all, but four wheats, six copper memorials , one modern Chinese coin, and a Felix Penny.
So much for coins.
I also got a wheel less hot wheel and miscellaneous junk.
The good news was, I dug up a broken 10 karat gold ring, and a beautiful babies ring with a stone. Hot dang!
I have access to his front and backyard and it’s all dirt except for flowers cactuses couple of trees.
The front yard and part of the backyard was easy digging. The other parts of the backyard the digging was next to impossible. The ground was so hard. It was wearing me out fast. I couldn’t even handle it with my butt, kicking predator shovel.
I passed up some really good signals in the nickel range. i’m gonna get down and dirty on my next trip there.
I’m bringing my foot-long cold chisel, small sledgehammer and kneepads .
Next shot I’ll be bringing the Knox with the stock coil.
Thanks for looking.
