A couple bottles & junk

Went detecting at an old park and apparently found the drinkin' spot. Decades of beer bottles in the bushes but these were the oldest intact ones I could find this time. Wish the ring was real but my daughter loves it, that's all that matters. Happy hunting!

I always wonder what happened to those ACL bottles. I remember as a kid that people threw them out of the window into the ditch as they drove down the road . I seemed to be everywhere.

That Pepsi is 1950s. You may be able to see a date code similar to "14 A 57" if it's a Duraglass made bottle. The 57 in this case is the date. The Qt. beer may also have a date code too, but different than the Pepsi.

That's a military buckle for the older style fatigue belt, in use from the late 90's and back to at least the late 60's.

You are spot on with that date code GLASSHOPPER 1955! Indeed it does say 14 A 57 although it is difficult to see in this picture. Unfortunately the beer bottle is not marked. Hoping to find a couple more there over the weekend. Thank you.
