Congratulations on the gold! I'm impressed that you found it at a volleyball court too. I'm almost always disappointed when I hit a volleyball court (the sand ones) around here --- practically no clad and maybe a 1 in 100 chance of a junker ring or necklace.

Only just recently have the volleyball courts been good to me. We have had a couple weeks of 70-80 degree weather weekends and I guess I've been fortunate on my timing. I'll literally drive around looking for churches with volleyball and or sand volleyball courts. One that I found is across the road from a high school. It also has 3 picnic tables that separate the V ball and basketball courts with a thick mat of Bermuda grass. Always young adults loitering...reloads quickly.
City owned, municipal courts generally do suck.
