Been hard at it digging northeast Texas parks and venues...42 rings consisting of copper, tin, silver, tungsten, titanium and junk. Today was ring #43 since August and it was the right one! 10 grams of 14k w/5 diamonds. Rang a 65 on the AT Pro (which I bought at a garage sale for $100).

It is hollow or it would have been a really heavy beast. Went back today and dug a spill that contained 3 Sacajawea dollars. That was cool.

I appreciate the kind words. For my first gold ring I may have set the bar a little high, lol. It has an RB makers mark next to the 14k stamp, assuming Robbins Brothers. That dude is going into the safe.
