I found this a few days ago a few miles away from a Civil War camp and I have no idea what it is. It appears to have “6-70” on it and nothing on the back. What do y’all think it is?

I metal detected an old swimming hole from the 50's and 60's. Notable finds 1957 penny and a 1969 quarter. Unfortunately the canadian quarter was 1 year too new to have any silver! Other than that great day :D
