:wow:Ok so I recently went to an antique shop and saw this belt buckle and couldn't help but wonder what it's from. I know there were buckles that look similar to this worn in the Civil War but I don't know what this one is from. Any ideas?

I found this on my family's property in South Georgia. There are ties to the Civil War and and the Brunswick-Florida (pre-civil war)/Brunswick-Albany (post-civil war) Railroad runs through the property. I think this might be a belt buckle. I think the letters visible are ST C. Anybody seen one...
