Well i got kicked out of a spot i hit once and a while. Its fuunny we get kicked out because they think we make a mess and i look around and see beer cans bottles rusty iron and all kinds of trash, but i simply ask how do i get permission but this man said there is no way to get permission.

nope that tells you right there he's what we call an anti.. I'm a hunter and I deal with these folks all the time.. first go down the town hall and see who owns the property by just being able to show the lady in the town hall where it is,, she has plans and its free for the public to see and you'll see the name of who owns that piece. then just go from there,, but I'll bet money the guy you spoke to is just a boo hound who came out there. heres another thing,, the property might be declared as recreation use for a tax break which means you can be in there,,, alot of people do not know that even though it is privately owned that it isn't tresspassing because they get a deal on their property taxes to let people go in there, they can say digging is vanadalism so its how you carry yourself too.. theres oh so many loop holes..

as far as the guy kicking you out of the spot above, if he owns it he really needs signs up with his name and address on it if he really wants nobody in there so again this is the hint he doesn't even own it. when you don't see signs do a little research at the town hall for free before you go back then call the cops and call him on it right there and threaten a harrassment suit and asking the officer to take his info and watch him go right back in his house,, we do it all the time during hunting season.
