Got back out there today to my old standby. Now as I have said before there is one side to this pool area that the AT PRO just can not function properly. So I break out the Pioneer 505. Okay I know its not the best detector but it sure did work on this side of the pool. To say the least I am very pleased at the way it did today. Yes the response is very slow compared to the AT but I didn't mind going slow. I ended up with $2.21 in clad and 2 wheat pennies..'30 & '32d. A stainless spinner wedding band. A neat drawer pull and the Forget Me Not sterling bracelet. I'll be going back Thursday to dig anything that sounds off..lol

Nice work. That sterling 'forget me not' bracelet is 1940's I believe. Keep'em coming!

Very nice little trove there!
And stop apologizing to detector snobs for finding them with a "mediocre" detector. To this day I have got some of my most interesting finds with cheapo detectors.

And now watch her turn that two dollars in coins into more gold and silver. Nice hinting.

LOL Now that would be nice. I did skip over quite a few "pull tabs". So maybe there could be a gold in there. I just would really like to find the other half of the bracelet. But my mission (and I chose to accept it) is to go back over where I went and dig every target. I know it sounds nutty but I truly believe there is a lot more to uncover. And doing that on the other side, I was well rewared for my efforts.

I've not used this very much but sure glad I did. The screen is a little small for my eyes and it is so light compared to the AT Pro, feels weird lol. But it handles the EMI so well, like it doesn't even exists.
