It’s finally starting to cool down enough to get out detecting! I didn’t hunt at all this summer. I enjoy it a lot more wearing a hoodie and not drenched in sweat!!! Any way I have been hunting a few new parks and pulling a lot of wheaties and silver. The park I hit last weekend I found the 36 Washington and the silver ring. I’m thinking the park I went to this morning has never been hunted I found the old lock, 1 Merc, 1 Rosie and 2 Washington quarters not very deep at all. There has to be a silver half there somewhere. I hope everyone is staying healthy and finding the goodies! Anyone know the age of the lock?

Back in action with a healthy looking group of digs! Cool padlock(unknown age). I know there must be a park around here like that, but they are getting hard to find. Congrats!

That's a good ratio of silver quarters to silver dimes !

cool old lock, congrats on the silver!
jeff

Nice bunch of silver. Neat old lock. Congrats

The ring looks uncomfortable. Grats on the coins👍

A fine collection of silvers you recovered...congrats!

Thanks guys! I went back this morning for a couple of hours and found 2 more Rosie’s

Nice finds! I found a Yale lock in the Yale catalog no. 26 dated from 1929 that looks like the one you found.
