A lady coin dealer friend of mine was always buying lottery tickets and it seemed like she won something every week. Her daughter bought a new house with money she had won. i told her that I never bought them because I never win anything. One day she surprised me with forty tickets. She said now I could win something. I didn't even win a free ticket.

I have done alright.
I had 5 out of 6 numbers on the Michigan lottery years ago, playing my birthday and my brother's birthday numbers.
Won about $8,500.
If my brother was born on 11/35 instead of 11/28 I would have won $4.1 million.

Lottery......a state-sponsered numbers game for people who are bad at math.
What I find interesting is that the Feds made numbers games illegal in the RICO act back in the 70's, but here we have states running the same damn things.
