Finds from the last few weeks and from several sites. (cultivated farmland)
The local farmers are working around the clock to catch up on the farming calendar due to very bad weather we have had of late.
Fields are being turned around very quickly so I had to make a great effort to get into them before they were seeded with crops.

Roman coin just out of the ground.
1st to 3rd century Roman coins, brooch shown in a previous post.
William 3rd (broken silver) coin , shilling.
Lead items, bottom 3 trade weights, top right, loom weight/spindle whorl C1500-1700
Top left, plume or candle stick holder?
Lead token, use or ID unknown.
Flint, waste or a unfinished arrow head/scraper? Flint is not a natural material locally.
