Went back down to the river but all the rain has covered the area I had been hunting. I had to try a different spot up the bank further. Not as many signals but I did manage an 1895 and 1891 IHP and also a 1953 Canadian Quarter. I was also lucky to find a 1952 rabies tag and an unknown token that has R.I. CLARK on one side and GOOD FOR 5 IN TRADE on the flip side. I looked online but could not find anything on it.
There is also an odd 2.5" long object that looks like it could have held award pins/ribbons from someones uniform ... just a guess. I wonder if it is a military decorations bar of some kind.
