...and you need a helping hand...

anyway,if you're having trouble finding ANYTHING and are about to give up,
here's something to do to get ya back up and running.
it is soooo easy to find stuff here.

go to a tot lot with the cedar mulch/chips.i've been to 2 in the last 2 days.
day 1 I found lots of clad(about 3.50 worth)

the second day this:
2 different parks.
I got maybe a silver skull pendant,a marcasite earring and I think a silver dime.

right on, nice finds! :waytogo:
yeah, those tot lots can product quite a bit of goodies. and they're renewed on a fairly regular basis. ;)
i generally hunt them in all metal and dig everything. nails and other sharp items don't belong in those places.
btw, are you in Canada? i see Canadian coins there. and what year is that dime? '67 and older is silver. ('64 and older if it's a US dime)

hi 007.yes I'm in quebec Canada.i believe the dime is between 66-68.i've got to look closer with my loup.in Canada some '68 dimes and all '67 dimes and earlier as well as '67 or maybe '68 quarters are silver.those lots with cedar
chips are like quicksand to objects.

p.s. the dime is a '68 and magnetic so not silver but I'm pretty sure the skull
pendant is silver even though there's no markings.
