Today was abbreviated when the child called from school claiming to be "sick".... but found a couple goodies before I had to skedaddle...
First house is still a bit too overgrown to swing properly. Poked around and found a few wheat cents and a brooch of some sort. Will be back in the spring when the grass is dried out and snow-flattened.
One of my best fields/school site was just harvested (soybeans). Last year it was chisel plowed and furrowed so...new signals! Found a couple Indians in the short time I was there. Mike didn't, so he's jealous.
I actually found my first detected clad bicentennial quarter today in that field too.
And I included a picture of the wedding band that I ordered (which came in the mail today) just cuz... no, I didn't dig the barber quarter (have yet to find one of THOSE) but I thought it was cool.
