Part of a propeller blade?

Does anyone know what this object is. It kind of shaped like a propeller blade with a Roman X. It also will not stick to a magnet.

Does it look broken off at one end? It reminds me of a money clip, tie clip, or something along those lines. I'm not sure about propeller blade.

I'd guess a zipper pull.

it would be an awfully small propeller.
