At least this quack medicine company was honest about the alcoholic content!

Found this tiny 2.5" (sample) bottle at an old home site. "Hind's Honey & Almond Cream" / "A.S. Hinds Co. Portland, Maine U.S.A." / "Improves The Complexion" / "Alcohol 7%".

At a time when most health products (read: quack cures) just slipped in the alcohol, this company was at least upfront about it, lol.

According to this website, this bottle was from before 1907 - (see 2nd link at top left:)
