Stainless steel ring...meh. Guy who attached the ring to the steelhead with a zip-tie seems like a jerk. Wife probably said "good riddance".

Supposedly a fisherman got divorced and decided the ring was bringing him bad luck. So he zip tied it to a fish to get rid of the bad luck. The fish was caught 6 months later.
