The BQ chip causes this. Putting it on the charger brings it back. I have a pack that is like this. Low output to the detector but good output on the battery pack itself. Not sure of the cause though. FETs seem good. There is a surface mount transistor that could be a diode, fet, or transistor. My tester calls it a “dnet”. Never seen this before. Mark on the part is “EU”. The 3 fets test good. Is there an off the shelf board that can replace this one? I doubt it. This battery is like brand new and has the new rubber gasket.
