Is this valuable at all? and should I clean it?

Found this thing pretty deep under a bunch of roots. People collect old signs, right? Also, should I clean it? And if so, how?

oh I am sure it has some value.. just look at American Pickers.

I personally like it the way it is and would look great on the wall of a restaurant or something.

not sure how big it is since there is nothing for size comparison in the picture.

I think he is right it is from a stove
 
Apparently it was made by Cox Abram, they made stoves between 1890-1910. They have a couple novelty kitchener stoves but I haven’t found any with my exact sign. Super cool though.. makes me wonder how the hell it got there, and if my great grand parents actually had a sweet cast iron stove for this thing, or if they just found the sign. Actually seeing the old stoves this thing could possibly have been from makes me want to start metal detecting the yard again.
