Fog, rain and frozen ground has limited the number of days we could hunt during the past couple of weeks and, accordingly, there has been some pretty slim pickings so far as the clad finds goes.
I did manage to find some clad, a paper $5.00 bill (photo will be posted on request), a stem wind wrist watch, lots of trash and pull tabs.
But my most interesting and impressive find was made yesterday while metal detecting a athletic field in Puyallup, Washington.
For anyone who has been disappointed by finding a tiny safety pin I offer up my version of a SAFETY PIN find well worthy of admiration
