Silver Ring!

I decided to take my nox 800 out today for a hunt. I got this beauty at 10 inches. 34 on my machine. It was tough to get and was on the fence if I should dig since it was only pinging in 1 direction. My detector is set for deep hunting. 25 for sensitivity and 1 for recovery. Park 1. Comes in at 6g.

Dirt. At a local school. The reading was very sketchy so I dug anyway

Big congrats! More credit to you for finding a dirt ring, much more difficult to find than at the beach. And it looks like a nice one too

It did! Looks like it was in the ground for a long time. I use mothers chrome polish and a dremel with a buffing wheel. All of my rings come out looking pretty good.

Thanks! Those iffy targets need to be investigated. I was getting a 34 37 but was scratchy and only 1 swing read.

Good idea, I think I have the same polish in my garage, I never thought of using it but I will give it a try.
