Tiny coin?

I’m trying to identify this. Smaller than a dime. I’ve been trying to soak it in spit and tinfoil for a couple days. One side is getting shinier. 9C3B4FE4-6745-4ECD-8FA8-D25EC5E798CB.jpeg
 
I think the Spanish word Estados can be read, as is found on Mexican coins... unless I’m imagining things (again).
 
Another suggestion...compare it to the 5 centavos Mexican silver coins late 1800s

Credit given to some of the suggestions above. The coin is upside down.

There are bunch of similar coins of different diameter and some lacking the 0.720 around the eagle's head.

The diameter of just below a dime (15mm) and the 0.720 indicates it's silver content. Appears to be 1925-1935.
