The "C" parts could be vintage alignment shims or a transformer core.

Last one looks like a housing for a speedometer, either bicycle or motorcycle. The drive part of a speedo. or I think some windshield wiper systems had that type drive.

A little electrolysis would help.
Those "C" looking thing look like weights for a 3 beam balance scale.
