I found these bars at a flea market a few years back. The seller thought they were stamp plates but they look and feel like silver bars. They appear to be Chinese. Can anyone help figure out that these are? Are they really silver bars? Has anyone seen these before? :?

I doubt that they're stamp plates, with the raised borders. Seems that using those for any kind of printing would be difficult.
I do know that all four of those symbols are used in the Chinese calendar, so that info might give you a research clue.

Looks like ingots marked with the Chinese zodiac to me. I see similar things on Ebay and a Google search but nothing exactly like yours.

Miao silver bars

I believe those are nickel/copper bars.

Miao silver is not pure silver, but an alloy of silver, copper and nickel. It's a traditional material for making jewelry by craftsmen of Miao Hmong ethnic tribe.
