Just wanted to drop in and say hello. New detectorist from central Alabama. I've wanted to get in to detecting for a few years, and the wife is finally on board so I ordered a Simplex+ and a pulse dive pinpointer for my first setup. It should be here tomorrow or the next day and I'm pumped to swing it! I live close to some water, so I wanted a machine that could get wet in case I decide to take it to the river. I look forward to learning from everyone!

If you haven't already, do a search on youtube for Simplex+ for videos with tips while you're waiting on any tips from members with the Simplex.

Back Swinging

Hi all , new to the forum ,I started detecting eight years ago I began with an ace 250 and did ok for a few years then health issues [knees] then shoulder problems put an end to it.This year with lots of spare time and a new detector. now the corona restrictions have screwed things up grrrrrrrr
