Hello,
Had anyone had volume issues with the Sun-Ray pros with a CTX.
Sometimes they are ok and then low volume.
Thanks

One side or both sides?
I had to replace a pot for one side in one of my sets.

Could be a broken, poor connecting wire in the cable / 90 degree connector.

Hello,
Both sides.
I did find exposed wiring where the phones are connected to the headset.
May just need to buy a new pair. The connecting wire as you suggested is probably the issue.
Thanks
Tom

If you are the original registered owner, you can send them in for repair at no cost except for the shipping. I just sent in one of my pairs for an upgrade to the new universal "red knob" config. with the lock-down toggle switches. Got them back in a little over a week looking like new.

I would call John as ownership of the Sun Ray brand has changed hands. Definitely worth having them fixed.
