Sorry if I should have posted this on ‘Help ID’, but since I’m curious this may be a CW relic, I thought I’d start here. A buddy of mine(not a forum guy)found this in the Cumberland, Md area. He found it in an area where he’s found many three ringers. Nothing of note on the reverse, except that it’s lined with lead.
