Finally struck GOLD!

I have had my xlt about 10 days now and have enjoyed getting myself out of the house,whether with a buddy or my grand child in tow. In 7 trips i have found over $8.00 in change-a ladies necklace-2 kids rings-1 bullit-a real nice sewing thimbell-an army tank(quickly confiscated by the grandchild) 500 poptops and finall a 10k gold ring with a nice little diamond in it.I was glad to get the monkey off my back due to the fact that I talked a buddy in to getting an xlt and our first time out he found a great 14k ring w/saphires and diamonds along with a silver ring and a bracelet.Talk about 1st time luck and he has been nailing me with them everyday!Well I`m finally out of the starting gates and hope many more great finds to come!
