It turns out that I know for sure this 1960's Tootsie Toy Baja Runabout would have been mine. (Only kid on the property during the 60's that had a liking for dune buggies and Baja type vehicles) I didn't remember it until I was cleaning and saw the Mooneyes on the hood. Good times!
