Ugh...I'm feeling nauseous. So for my typical hunt , if I was to bounce to a few beaches in a day : it's gonna cost me $75 ! FOR A DAYS worth of hunting. đź’©đź’©đź’©

Where's the quality? I get both and and I don't pay those exorbitant prices for parking. MY GOD!

And i object to paying any fee for parking. So far the three beaches in my area have some along the street parking that i try to find.

I have been recently looking into an electric bike for quick jaunts around the house and possibly set up to take detecting. For what your paying in parking it may be much more cost-effective if it's feasible for you.

i been thinking on electric bike to search the beaches on. for good spots.

my GOD that ridiculous..i have been going s/w fl for years, hunted from ft myers to naples and only payed $2-$3 per hr. or $8 for the day.( what beach is this? } i guess they do not want visitors ?

Captiva. thinking uber is cheaper lol. all of sanibel is 5 dollars hr

Those rates

I would pay someone for a drop off , pick up cheaper, if family can't do it , that's nut's . I don't see quality i agree with Felix , i see lost money for parking , no treasure . Happy hunting.

Don't you get it? they want to keep out the riff-raff... they do that up here ... you are riff-raff, a scavenger ok?

Thanks for posting a worthless hunt it shows others its not all wine and roses

300 dollar fine parking side road. no parking places.

A couple of the local beaches cut the parking this summer to cut down on the numbers of people visiting.

Of course they Said it was because of the Covid-19 virus. Actually it was because they dont want too many people on THEIR beaches.

Some folks actually filed a law suit against one of the town beaches for restricting access to Public Beaches.

But after the Summer visitors went away they allow along the street parking again.

there are electric quads, if the distance to the beach is 0.5-2 miles then this is a great solution ... and you can drive directly to the beach ... it has wide tires and it goes well on the sand ...
