I just finished Lee Child's Jack Reacher series.

I am wondering if anyone knows about an author who has a series of mystery/action fiction books like Lee Child.

Have you ever checked out Clive Cussler books, a great author, and also a real live treasure hunter. Action, mystery and intrigue all the time.

Any Dale Brown novel, especially the Patrick McLanahan series. Not so much mystery, but plenty of action.

Tom Clancy's OP-Center is a good techno/action series

Anything in Frank Herbert's Dune series: This is a scifi entry but is quite the intelligent/"plots-within-plots" style of writing with very interesting modern day/realistic corolaries and thus may grab your attention like a mystery/action novel.

If you want a really good mystery series, try reading any of my nursing textbooks! [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I read all the Lee Child series

I look forward for a new one every fall. Tom cruise was the wrong actor cast for the movies.

Tom Clancy would be a great alternative to move on with. Gil

Try the Mitch Rapp books by Vince Flynn. He died in 2013 and someone else is writing the series now. I haven’t read the newer ones but he ones by Flynn are good.
