Appriciate it Guys... are they worth anything? Or worth keeping?
Thanks

Only worth as much as someone as willing to pay. I know that’s a bland answer but depending on who finds it attractive in their eyes they may pay what your willing to ask. Like to someone who’s last name is Delaw, and the number 178 is significant to them plus they collect coins I bet they would be willing to pay a pretty penny for something like this coin (just an example)!

I'd keep it, kinda cool!

About 8 months ago I started searching for error coins and it’s a lot harder than you’d imagine. I have searched many thousands of coins and found a number of interesting and odd coins and only 1 “true error”.

This is called a grease filled die and simply enough grease packed into it to either weaken or eliminate part of the image. But collectors consider them to be trash and worth face value. But I love them and keep many. I’ve got IN GOD WE RUST on a penny and quarters. Also 200 EARS OF FREEDOM. Missing stars, feet and other “mistakes”
