AT PRO headphone issue

I've got a new at pro, it's a great machine for the money. I just ran into an issue however. The headphones just stopped working. The unit just goes full audio like it's unaware the headphones are even there. I have only about 8 hrs on it tops, no water other than a drizzly hunt. Is this a common issue? Easy fix? Called Garret and they are closed for the weekend. Any advice would be appreciated.
