War of 1812 Buckle?

Howdy. I dug this a while back when I was a relatively newbie to the hobby and didn’t think anything off of it. It came from an area I go to once in while that’s owned by the city but had a battle happen on it and not much outside of that but some old houses and a modern business at one point. Anyone know the period of it?
