Spanish Silver coin !?

I found this well at a coin show. but I don’t know what it is even the seller didn’t. I payed 20 dolalrs so it can’t be too special

looks like an Austrian kreuzer to me 1664 would be the date denomination is maybe a 15 kreuzer. Definitely Austrian with that double headed eagle.
 
Interesting I was led to belive it was a “colonial American Spanish silver coin”. Now does this make it more or leass valuable then 20 dollars ?
 
Yeah, the guy did not know what he was talking about. Haha. Honestly, you may have overpaid slightly (though definitely not wildly so). It's a pretty common coin and it's both worn and holed. That said, it's one hell of a piece of history! It passed through a lot of hands before getting to you.

I like it more now even if I was misled.
