Hey guys--

Spent a half hour or so at a tot lot tonight, and amongst some zincolns and scrap, found this pretty little earring. This is the first bit of jewelry I've found, and I profess ignorance--how do I tell what it's made of--diamond, imitation, plastic, etc.

Thanks!
Axel

Pretty little earring. You will probably find a mark, if it has one, on the post that sticks out. It's going to be very tiny, so you'll need a loop or good magnifying glass. If you see 10 or 14K (gold) you might have real stones. If you see 925 you have silver and the stones probably aren't real. You can always take it in to a good jewelry store and they will help you out for no charge. Good Luck!
