Caught a guy

I've encountered this several times before, but never caught the guy in the act.

My personal experience is that its more prevalent on California beaches. Been a few years but near Delmar California, I found the ground seeded with dozens of aluminum discs, about size of penny, along with unusual amount of Zincolns. Also found lots of wire and aluminum tubing cut in 1/2 - 1 inch lengths. I dug about 25 and moved on.

Florida panhandle I've found an excessive amount of washers and Zincolns. This has been my experience up and down Panama City Beach. Destin, Navarre seem to have less.

Just my observations.

Wow. Whats wrong with people?

If he had real class, he'd be dropping a few of those fake chinese brass morgans stamped "copy".

if they're in good shape, they're worth a few bucks. I got a bunch of them from a bad sale on eBay, which was refunded before they even showed up (and the seller banned). I ended up selling them as copies, and made $2 a piece on them. People buy them for flip-coins and for magic.

Cheers,

Skippy

When i'm at the beach i have to keep moving....

Every time i lay down an environmentalist tries to roll me into the water.

I like the beach, the digging is easier.
