Help to identify this bullet

First time post...I found this in Virginia and was hoping someone could help me identify/age this bullet. Thanks.

Measure the diameter with a digital caliper if you have, 30 caliber will be close to .308, 38 will be close to .357. Also weigh it on a digital scale in grains.

@remmy it measures .35 and weighs 160 in grains.
 
Judging by the bullet length and the angle of the rifling grooves, I'd say it's most likely a .38 Super
 
Modern era copper swaged bullet. Copper on the outside with a lead or steel core.
