After I dropped off Bruce from work today I decided to hit another of my permissions to relax... didn't find much until I got a signal of 89 on the MXT in relic mode and found the silver target that was folded up somewhat... acid tested it and its positive for silver coming in at 24.6 grams... stupid thing was 9 inches down under a big root... also pulled a buffalo nickel and thimble...

That's a nice big chunk o'silver, can you tell what it was? Nice getting the thimble also, looks like it's not even crushed.

I have no clue what it was because a few small pieces are missing from it.. I searched the hole but nothing else was in it. To me it looks like a clam shell but what do I know
