I went to a local park today, thinking that myself and others have hunted this small park to death and had low expectations. However, driving by the park yesterday, I noticed there were some sports events going on. I took notice where everyone was sitting. My focus was on those specific spots at first. In that area I found 21 coins which appeared to be for the most part, fresh drops. In addition, I also found 2 pieces of bling that worked their way through the grass and were not visible. After working that area, I decided to go to a section of the park that just did not appeal to me for some reason and I have always ignored it. Much to my surprise, I found an additional 43 coins. You can tell by their condition they've been buried for quite a while and most of them were in the 4" to 6" depth range.
