Got out for a few hrs today to my old virgin site as the soil is really damp allowing me to dig deeper.

Was able to nab a few more goodies. Dug this knee buckle which was 7-8" deep down in the bayberry

Dug an IH (1863) which is the 1st coin from the 1800's I've dug here today, as everything else is 1700's.

Very cool finds! That little gold button is killer! I probably would have thought it was a gold coin lol:laughing:

WOW! Id love to hunt out there some time. That gold button is 1700s? If its plated, it sure has stood up to the test of time.

Real nice!

Cool buttons and shoe buckle frame

Add an old in the mix And I’m a happy camper.
