Old friend comes back in Service

It was collecting dust at the basement.Now it's time to use it,after I left my
other two detectors in England at my doughter's house for next time.
Because of its original handle was so unconfortable I decided to adapt a used
crutch for this purpose:D. It's time for Rock and Roll baby !:laughing:

How does the balance feel? Rule of thumb is if the pivot point is just below the handle it should be comfortable.
 
Excellent choice for replacement handle. That looks great!...but...I see the needle gauge and speaker are on the bottom. You could add a stand, "roll bar", or cover to protect them.
