Cameo pin and small arrow head

I found these items while water hunting in a lake a few years ago. They were both in the same area in chest deep water. I was just wondering if anyone has any information about the Cameo or the size of this little arrow head.

nice find; not sure about calling 1990 vintage though. :ehh:

Nice looking broadly-stemmed point. Made from white chert many moons ago. Could have been knapped the day before you found it, or if it's authentic, then probably early Woodland period or earlier. More than a thousand years old is my guess!
