Found this thinking it was all rusted up, but after putting it under a magnifying lens and tooth picking it, I realized the orange color is actually some kind of fabric.
It looks like it had a pin on the back and on the front there appears to be something darker color, perhaps a letter amidst the orange fabric.
Besides knowing what it could be does anyone have any idea of what I could clean it up with to better help with identifying it?
