Snuggle is my best find yet , had him about 9 years now and got him from a police /dog pound down in Arkansas . Rescue dogs are the greatest, and he is my best buddy always wants to go with me and often detects with me.

+1 feel the same way about our dog Xena (and our previous dog Angel) we had Angel for about 15 years, adopted her from a family that didn't have the time to care for her, we adopted Xena from a SPCA animal shelter and have had her about 7 years so far I think.

Xena is my best buddy also, with my wife's work schedule I see our dog Xena more than I see my wife

My wife says Xena is like my shadow, she wants to be wherever I am

she might even say "get me a detector and we'll cover twice as much ground"

(or at least tell you every day "if the weather is good tomorrow see about getting a detecting hunt in" )

Talking

Regarding the previous post about reaching a HALF MILLION views.......

......remember back when some of us thought 20,000 views was a lot ?

(check out the post at the link below for the 20,000 views post)

http://metaldetectingforum.com/showt...86#post2962886

......and here was 10,000 views......

http://metaldetectingforum.com/showt...53#post2945353

......and here was 50,000 views.....

http://metaldetectingforum.com/showt...58#post2998958

......and here was at 200,000 views.....

http://metaldetectingforum.com/showt...58#post3122158

HOW did this thread get started ?

.......read the very first post in this thread for an explanation !

I think with 500,000+ views I'll take today off from posting a new funny edit

You can check the links I posted and get some laughs from some of the older funny edits you might have forgotten (or maybe never saw yet) while waiting for my next new funny edit tomorrow

Thanks again for all the views and all your laughs !!!!!
