Well, I got off work early and decided to trot down to the local park before the dreaded city curfew started. I was only five minutes or so into the hunt when I got my first beep and turned up a Zincoln. About ten more feet and another really solid low tone. I dug about four inches down and poked around for a minute or so, and came up with gold! Specifically, a 14k band. I was stoked- I was just hoping to find a few quarters and improve my luck.
Got a lot of can slaw, and an inhaler, but also a couple of other cool things, like a nifty key and a pin that says “International Photographers Local 666 IATSE.” I don’t know if it’s a joke or if there really is a local 666. I’ll have to look it up.
Definitely need to get a better Pinpointer when my cash improves!
