I have a special relationship with a company which flips houses and they give me free reins with hunting any of their yards. The range in age from 1910's to modern most of which fall in the 50's to 60's. I love the mid to early 50's yards most of all because that seems to be the yards that hold the silver. Yesterday I was on a 1955 house in the city which I went into not expecting too much. Third target was a Tootsie Dragster so at that point I knew there would be goods in this backyard. After a few wheats and Memorials, Finally hit a Silver Roosevelt, couple targets later a silver ring. Day is made if I can get a car and two silvers. But, quickly after that I have a sweet 31-32 and dug of this 1944 Schilling coin. Good day turned great with that find, had to leave with still the front yard to come. I usually start in the back, seems to be more finds there in this age of houses.
